5 Minute, No-Bake Coconut, Oats and Walnut Balls

Updated: Jul 7, 2019

Another healthy snacks recipe that is so easy, even the kids could have a go at making them.

From time to time, I like a sweet snack too, and these coconut balls fall into our healthy snacks recipes. Although there is some cooking involved, about 3 minutes - this is a no-bake recipe.

Recipe for No-Bake Coconut and Walnut Balls

Using simple ingredients, honey, butter, grated apple, dessicated coconut, oats and walnuts this recipe makes 18 small balls that are finished off in the fridge to firm up. The kids will love them, and because you are using honey, instead of sugar, they are not overly sweet, and they are much healthier too.
