Homemade Pineapple Muffins to Make in a Jiffy
Quick and easy pineapple muffins made from a tin of crushed
Pineapple Muffin Recipe
2 cups flour
3 - 4 teaspoons baking
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups crushed
Combine flour, baking
powder, salt and sugar together in a large bowl. Melt butter and add
milk and egg. Beat lightly together.
Open up tin of crushed pineapple
and add to mixture. Do not over mix. Bake at 220°C
(430°F) for 12-15 minutes.
Leave to stand for
a few minutes then remove from pans.
