Homemade Pineapple Muffins to Make in a Jiffy

 Quick and easy pineapple muffins made from a tin of crushed pineapple. Delicious!

2 cups flour
3 - 4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
75g butter
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together in a large bowl. Melt butter and add milk and egg. Beat lightly together.

Open up tin of crushed pineapple and add to mixture. Do not over mix.  Bake at 220C (430F) for 12-15 minutes.
Leave to stand for a few minutes then remove from pans.
