Raisins are healthy too. They are a great source of energy and with the high potassium content in raisins they are good for maintaining proper blood pressure. The high fiber content and the presence of tartaric acid helps regulate the colon. Like apples, raisins are also full of antioxidants that help protect the heart, prevent cancers and encourages weight loss.
